The EcoViewer platform, including its interface, codebase, and original content, is open source. The underlying environmental datasets are sourced from third-party providers and are subject to their respective licences. EcoViewer does not claim ownership of any third-party data.
EcoViewer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Environmental data is sourced from public repositories and may contain errors or outdated information.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
